Which Personal Data Do We Collect?

Only the data required to carry out our services is collected on our website. The data collected breaks down as follows, depending on where it is entered:

Quotation and contact form

• Full name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Subject and message content
• The product you are interested in (if the form was opened from a product page)

Order form

• Full name, telephone number, e-mail address
• Delivery address, province and district
• Order note
• If an invoice is requested, the company name, tax office and tax identification number (or the Turkish national identity number if the invoice is requested in an individual's name)

Technical data recorded automatically

• IP address
• Browser and device information (user-agent)
• The address you arrived at the site from (referer)
• Site language preference

This technical data is stored together with the form and order records; its purpose is to prevent misuse and automated spam submissions. Our website has no membership system; no password or similar authentication data is collected.

Payment Information

No credit card information is collected or stored through our website. Orders are paid by bank transfer/EFT to the bank accounts communicated to you after the order is placed. For this reason, data such as card numbers, expiry dates and security codes never enters our systems at any stage.

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following grounds: that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (the order and delivery process), that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (invoicing and accounting records), that it is mandatory for the establishment or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed (site security and the prevention of misuse).

With Whom Is Your Data Shared?

We share your data only to the extent strictly necessary to provide our services, and only with the following parties:

• Courier and freight companies: Only the name, telephone number and address required for delivery are transferred.
• Certified public accountant and accounting services: The information required to issue invoices.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: Our website is hosted on a server located in Türkiye. Site traffic passes through the Cloudflare infrastructure for security and acceleration purposes; for this reason your connection data may also pass through servers located abroad.
• Authorised public authorities: Only where required by legislation and within the scope requested.

How Long Is Your Data Retained?

• Quotation and contact form records: For a reasonable period following the conclusion of your request; afterwards they are deleted or anonymised.
• Order and invoice records: Retained for 10 years as required by tax legislation.
• Technical security records: Retained for as long as the purpose requires.

Measures We Take for Data Security

• The entire site is published over HTTPS; the data you submit through forms is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
• Database access is restricted to the necessary privileges only.
• CSRF protection and automated submission barriers are applied to form and order operations.
• The server is protected by a firewall and access restrictions.
• Credit card data is never taken into our systems at any stage.

Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred
• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data
• Request the erasure or destruction of the data where the conditions are met
• Request that correction, erasure and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
• Object to an adverse outcome arising from the analysis of your data solely through automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages you suffer as a result of unlawful processing
